Alerts
The watch plays the alert sounds assigned to each timer.
Volume
The volume of alert playback.
Haptic
Vibrates the watch when an alert fires. Works independently of Alerts, so you can have haptic feedback even with sound disabled.
To make it truly silent, put the watch in silent mode. Otherwise watchOS plays an audible alert whenever your wrist drops — Seconds can't override that.
Preparation Interval
An interval prepended to all timers on the watch. Enable by setting a duration.
